Fish May Help Protect Against Alzheimer’s!
A new study has shown that people who eat at least one half serving of fish a day, one to four times a week, have a lower risk of Alzheimer’s and larger brains in general. Fried fish did not show the same results; baked or broiled fish was the only one showing a capability of staving off this deadly disease.
Fish has other health benefits as well, and though it’s advisable not to eat too much based on theĀ risk of mercury poisoning, it has been defined as a super food. Just one more reason to eat this delicious sea creature!
